I wear several hats at Dessert Gallery, so I often call myself Jack as in Jack-of-all-trades. My jobs include keeping our website up to date with beautiful pictures and descriptions of our seasonal specials and every day delicious desserts. I help with designing our menus and various types of marketing. The greatest perk? Sampling our desserts, of course...especially the chocolate ones!
